All of our chicken is marinated for 48 hours and cooked on-site in full view, served on a toasted brioche bun or Greek flat bread wrap, complemented with fresh sauces and toppings. Flavours to choose from: Maple Syrup & Sweet Chilli, Peri Peri, Tandoori Chicken, Moroccan Citrus or 'Just Right'.

Our basmati rice is cooked on site using herbs and chillies. It complements our homemade curries, here it is served with chickpea curry topped with homemade sauces and fresh onion salsa
